CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
Yes of course, and we recommend you do – not only does it allow you to see the quality first hand, it also gives you the opportunity to experience our service.

Hand Finished/Pocketfold Range:
As with every wedding stationery item in this range, our samples are handmade to order. So we do ask that, if you can,  please, pretty please limit your sample order to a maximum of two.
If you can tell us as much as you can about your colour palette or wedding theme, we will custom your sample to suit.
Save the Pennies Range:
Folded and Postcard Invitation – you will be sent a samples of both formats in your chosen design from our stock. Due to prohibitive print costs for single items, samples cannot be produced in your colour scheme.
Z Fold and Pocket Invitations - you will be sent a sample of the format you are interested together with a folded or postcard invitation in the design you are interested in. We will also email you visuals in your colour scheme.

We do have to charge for each sample to help towards our costs of processing, producing and sending them. You can order online from the page that features the design you like. Payment is through Paypal. We will email to confirm your sample order and to check your details within two working days. So if you don’t hear from us within this time, please check your email spam.

We know how excited you are to receive your samples -  and most of the time we get them dispatched within a week of your reply to our confirmation email, usually quicker (especially for our Save the Pennies range).

Please note: by buying a design sample your are entering a legally binding agreement the sample is for your personal use only and that you or a third party will not copy or reproduce it in any way.

ARE YOU HAPPY TO CHANGE COLOURS OR A DESIGN JUST FOR ME?
You bet!  Nothing from the XOXO studio is mass produced [yeuch!] and as such we are able to offer a personal service, flexability and indeed ‘tweakability’ is our forté!

Colours shown on our site are examples only – we can adapt all designs and are sure to come up with something to delight and excite you.
Hand Finished/Pocketfold Range: you choose, we lovingly produce! Lightly textured soft white or soft cream pocketfold or card outer, foil, invitation mount card, ribbon, crystals, envelope linings – all can be carefully selected to suit. (When we send out your sample, we will always include various swatches of alternative colours/shades that might be suitable for you).
Save the Pennies Range: choose your own colour scheme from our colour chart containing over 90 colours…or if that is not enough, we can match – as best as possible – a swatch sent to us. (Our colour chart will be enclosed with your sample).

We are happy to talk to you about adapting any of our designs. We answer all emails and telephone messages personally and quickly, and pride ourselves on interpreting a bride’s ideas for colour, theme and style. While our designs are flexible, we always keep to the same high standard of production. So you can be confident that if you make changes you won’t be compromising on our quality, service or attention to detail.

We also offer a design service if you want stationery that is a step further from customisation of our existing designs. E-mail or call us with your ideas.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Each sample comes with an order form (and we email you an accompanying information pack which explains clearly how to place an order, what information you need to provide and gives details of all items available).
And if you have any questions or queries when you are filling out the order form, we are just an e-mail away.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE?
Hand Finished/Pocketfold Range: On average we complete orders within approximately seven weeks (see below for our Save the Pennies range timescale) from the time we receive your order form. We recommend that you place your invitation order about three months before you intend sending out your wedding invitations. But if you have chosen your design and got your order ready earlier – go for it!  You can order your on the day stationery (if not placed with your invitation order) about two months before you wedding date.
And if you think you have left things a bit late, don’t worry - we offer an expedited service and will always do our best to help.
Save the Pennies Range: We advise allowing a four week turnaround from receipt of your order but again, we offer an expedited service for this too (and as there is no hand finishing, the expedited service can be as little as two weeks!)

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum quantity for each item is 20 for our Hand Finished Range, 25 for our Save the Pennies range - with the exception of menus (10), table name/numbers and seating plans and which can be purchased in single units.
